Background
I was born and raised in Nashville, TN growing up primarily on the west side of town. In the late 90s I moved to Ohio for a year, then to Atlanta for 7 years, before returning to Kingston Springs in 2006. I graduated from Lipscomb University with a Master of Accountancy in 2014.
Expertise
“The past 6 years I worked as a Senior Financial Accountant at Ryman Hospitality Properties for the Entertainment Group. My primary focus was on new store openings and acquisitions. I was also the primary Accounting representative on all system projects and implementations. Prior to RHP I was the General Ledger Supervisor for LSC Communications, formerly RR Donnelly, where I had a similar focus on acquisitions and integrations.”
On the Side
“I am married with 7 children, 2 grandchildren, 2 cats, and a few other small animals. Outside of work I am very active in the community serving as Treasurer for the Harpeth Takedown Club, Youth Wrestling Coach, and as needed volunteer for Harpeth Middle Soccer and Band. I also help with various projects to support the Ark Community Resource Center in Pegram. Prior to the flood I played a little golf and kayaked most weekends. Now my main hobby would be practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and traveling for tournaments.”
