Martin & Zerfoss began the Managing General Agency in Tennessee in 1997.  We successfully built our business to hold the largest accounts in the region, including single and multi-family offices.

Our team has over 70 combined years of experience (holding CIC, CISR and CAPI designations) taking care of successful clients and agents.  We separate ourselves from other MGA’s by providing in-house service as opposed to sending our agents to a separate service center.  By doing so, we hold high levels of underwriting authority to provide swift solutions for complex accounts.
