Background
Amy grew up in Western Colorado and attended the University of Wyoming where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She worked in non-profit organizations for several years before making a career change to Human Resources. She received her Master’s degree (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University in 2020. Amy moved to Nashville and joined Martin & Zerfoss in 2023.

Her expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. She takes pride in creating HR solutions that are both people-centered and results-driven, helping organizations grow through their most valuable asset—their people.

“I love exploring all our new hometown of Nashville has to offer with my husband, Steve, and our French Bulldog, Joker. We especially enjoy the live music and restaurant scenes. I also love spending time with family and friends, traveling, true crime and spending as much time outdoors as possible.”
