Courtney graduated from Middle Tennessee University with a degree in Finance and Insurance in 2017. Courtney’s insurance career began during college, in 2016, when she became fully licensed while working for multiple insurance/finance agencies in the Nashville area.

“The best part of my job is making sure my clients are properly insured. Most often, clients coming to our agency do not have the necessary coverages to fully protect them during a loss. I take pride in making sure our clients have every coverage they need so M & Z can be the best part of our client’s claims experience.”

Courtney enjoys spending time friends, going to concerts, interior design, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with her three cats.
