BACKGROUND
Earl is originally from Jackson, Mississippi where he attended Mississippi State University and earned a degree in Biological Sciences. After college, Earl worked in sales in the pharmaceutical industry residing in various locations along the way and relocating to the great state of Tennessee in 2012. Earl earned his property, casualty, health, and life insurance licenses in early 2022 and was a captive agent in the insurance industry before joining Martin & Zerfoss in 2023.

Earl truly enjoys helping people identify individual risk of loss when protecting their assets and together creating an insurance plan that minimizes these exposures. Earl places a high priority on earning trust with his customers while providing concierge level service and communication.
